This cutter produces a chrysanthemum-shaped leaf from fondant or gum paste. Roll out the fondant or gum paste to the desired thickness, then cut out the leaf shape with the cutter. Use a leaf veiner or modelling tool to form veins, attach to floral wire, and use modelling tools to thin and shape the leaves into the desired shape. Colour with dusting powder.

- Always use a good quality modelling paste rolled thinly and allowed to dry for a few minutes for best results, if using Sugar paste add a little Tylo or CMC to strengthen the paste and speed up drying
